SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER — Full time

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial design projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial interior design projects independently.

Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings.

Manage communications with clients, consultants, and Qualified Persons (QPs).

Secure necessary authority approvals for project compliance.

Conduct professional design presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

Deep understanding of local authority submission requirements.

Strong ability to manage project timelines and client expectations.

Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
