Responsibilities

Manage and maintain files and security documents in the Registry.

Process, update and safekeep security documents in the Registry Management System.

Perform document scanning, filing, retrieval and release of documents.

Support annual stock-take and warehousing activities for closed accounts.

Monitor overdue files and maintain related records.

Perform account linkage and data maintenance activities.

Support projects, UAT testing and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

GCE 'O' Level and above.

Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Independent, proactive and able to work well in a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable and willing to take on operational responsibilities.

• Corporate rank and remuneration will commensurate with experience
