Job Description

Assisting the Executive Chef/ Head Chef with daily operations

Overseeing at least 3 outlets in terms of daily operations, training, ordering, food wastage control, etc

Ensure proper opening and/or closing of the ktichen while adhering to Company SOP

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations

Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements

Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine (Pizza, Pasta, etc)

Good team player and self-motivated

6 OFF days per month

Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Split shift required
