Job Summary

Join STL as a key sales team member, managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing to expand our business and customer base.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide tailored product and service recommendations to meet client needs

Source products and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers to prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests

Verify pricing, stock availability, and order status using the inventory management system to ensure accurate information

Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals and follow up on procurement and order fulfillment

Coordinate with internal departments to process orders, prepare documentation, and arrange timely deliveries

Support in-house sales activities and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams

Perform sales administration tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or willingness to learn in a junior sales role

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Passion for sales support and eagerness to develop product knowledge

5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
