Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

Prepare quotations for clients, including scope of work, pricing, and materials.

Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D and 3D drawings, and select materials for residential and commercial projects.

Prepare detailed design proposals, plans, and specifications for carpentry, cabinetry, stone installations, and other interior elements.

Coordinate with contractors, craftsmen, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations and safety standards.

Conduct site visits, supervise projects, and perform quality checks during construction/installation.

Maintain clear documentation of designs, revisions, and client communications.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel).

Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project teams.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
