Description

Strong knowledge and experience in managing large size IT Infrastructure team

Expertise across IT infrastructure domains (networks, cloud, service management, automation, etc.).

Strong knowledge with ITIL, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.

Proven leadership in managing complex, medium to large-scale IT Infrastructure services

Managing cloud-hosted and virtualized infrastructure environments, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) platforms.

Experience with cloud-delivered security platforms including Zscaler (ZCC, ZIA, and ZPA), CrowdStrike Falcon and cloud governance controls supporting secure access, Zero Trust principles and endpoint protection.

Exposure to Azure, AWS and GCP cloud environments, cloud sandbox platforms and cloud-hosted AI solutions.

Driving infrastructure automation, operational efficiency, scalability, resilience, business continuity and service governance across enterprise environments.

Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned cloud transformation initiatives.
