Job Description:

Provide on-site support various teams within organization

Provide on-site frontline concierge service

Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management

Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents.

Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.

Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works.

Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion

Provide administrative and operational support to plan.

Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline

Other Information:

Location: Bukit Gombak and Redhill (Weekly Rotation between both Location)

Salary: $2,300 - $3,000

Performance Bonus

14 Days Annual Leave

Contract ended in Jan 2029

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
