Analyze client needs and review product and service recommendations to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction

Achieve sales and profit targets by executing effective sales strategies and delivering excellent customer service

Analyze and forecast market trends to provide actionable insights that help the store stay competitive and responsive to market changes

Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers

Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparison and to ensure operations runs smoothly

Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales and profit target for the store

Involve in the analysis and forecast of market trend to assist store to stay ahead of competition
