Location: Central

Job Responsibilities:

Operate, inspect and maintain building M&E systems and equipment.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Maintain ACMV/HVAC, pumps, motors and ventilation systems.

Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting and power equipment.

Attend to equipment breakdowns and rectify minor faults.

Monitor equipment conditions and record maintenance activities.

Coordinate and assist external contractors for M&E works.

Comply with all safety, WSH and site procedures.
