Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with little or no formal working experience are also encouraged to apply if they have good social media sense, creativity and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED) and other relevant platforms.

Plan, create and publish engaging social media content, including Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories and promotional content.

Brainstorm fresh and creative content ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers and enquiries.

Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content, trending topics and platform updates.

Assist with and participate in photo and video shoots for social media and marketing purposes.

Perform basic photo and video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar applications.

Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.

Write engaging captions, marketing copy and promotional content.

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Assist in managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

Monitor and analyse social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new trends, content ideas and marketing opportunities.

Travel to different locations when required for content shoots, events, marketing activities and other work-related assignments.

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or related discipline is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates without relevant working experience but with a strong interest or ability in social media and content creation are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XiaoHongShu (RED).

Creative with a good understanding of current social media trends and engaging content.

Comfortable with content creation, photography and short-form video shooting.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other photo/video editing tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or digital advertising is an advantage but not compulsory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, responsible, creative and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A Driving Licence and be comfortable driving for work-related assignments when required.

Applicants are encouraged to provide a portfolio or examples of social media content, including personal projects, school projects, TikTok/Instagram/RED content or accounts previously managed.
