Social Media Content Creator

The role

You film, edit and publish. This is a hands-on creator seat, not a strategy or agency-management seat. You will produce short-form video and social posts every week that covers Singapore business community and entrepreneurs. You get a channel at near zero followers, what you make is what the market sees.

What you will do

• Plan, shoot and edit 4 to 5 short-form videos a week for Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn: product demos, founder talking-head clips, customer stories, behind-the-scenes and trend-led formats
• Write the hooks, captions and on-screen text, and post on schedule to each platform
• Design static and carousel posts in Canva for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Keep a monthly content calendar, and reply to comments and DMs within the same working day
• Track views, saves, follows and link clicks each week, and tell us in a short note what worked, what did not, and what you will try next
• Film at customer sites and events around Singapore when needed

What we are looking for

• 0 to 2 years of experience creating short-form video, or a personal or school account you have grown yourself. Fresh graduates from media, communications, design or film courses are welcome.
• A portfolio of at least 3 short videos you shot and edited yourself. This matters more to us than your CV.
• Confident with a phone camera, DJI and a mirrorless or DSLR camera, basic lighting and a lapel or shotgun mic
• Fast on CapCut or Premiere Pro and comfortable in Canva
• Curious about AI tools and willing to learn new ones quickly (we use AI video, avatar and voice tools every week)
• Clear written English for captions and hooks. Other local language is a plus for reaching more Singapore SME owners.
• Self-starting: you can take a one-line brief and come back with a finished video without being chased
• This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only. We are not sponsoring a work pass for this role.
