Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. As a key part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

Present menus, answer questions about dishes and dietary options, and make recommendations when requested.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.

Clear and reset tables between courses and after each guest.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Handle payments and provide accurate change or process card transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
