WAITRESS

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Key responsibilities:

• **Customer Service: ** Greet and seat customers, present menus, and take orders accurately while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• **Order Management: ** Communicate orders to kitchen staff, monitor food and drink service timing, and check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• **Table Maintenance: ** Set up and clean tables, refill drinks, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• **Payment Processing: ** Present bills, process payments accurately, and manage tips in accordance with company policy.
• **Team Collaboration: ** Work closely with team members, assist in training new staff, and participate in service improvement discussions.
• **Health and Safety Compliance: ** Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure proper hygiene practices.
• **Upselling and Promotions: ** Suggest additional items to enhance the dining experience and stay informed about menu changes.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to high standards of service.
• Attention to detail in order-taking and service quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

### Working Conditions:

• Busy restaurant environment, potentially including evening and weekend shifts.
• Exposure to loud noise and fast-paced conditions.
• A meal will be provided for every working shift.
