Job Scope

Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering and maintenance works.

Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications and standards.

Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, method statements and work schedules.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, quality, costs and deadlines.

Attend to technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities where applicable.

Prepare quotations, material specifications and technical submissions.

Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant engineering experience, preferably in facilities management, building services or maintenance.

Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards and safety requirements.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Relevant professional certifications or licences will be an added advantage.

Willing to work on-site and respond to operational requirements when necessary.
