What you’ll do?

Use AutoCAD to accurately take off quantities from building plans to support project costing, estimation, and planning.

Assist in preparing detailed project costings to support budget management, resource planning, and project feasibility assessments.

Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings to provide clear installation guidance and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide timely updates to the Team Leader to support successful and timely project delivery.

Engage with clients to understand their acoustic requirements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service quality.

Analyze client feedback and recommend practical, actionable improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to align project activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

What we’re looking for

·       Degree/Diploma in Acoustics is an advantage. Other related technical field will be considered, i.e. Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering

·       Fresh grad/Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

·       Knowledge of or interest in building acoustics, structural vibration, or environmental noise is advantageous, but not essential.

·       Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·       The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
