Job Summary

Manage and oversee residential, commercial, and common area cleaning operations, ensuring staff deployment, scheduling, quality control, customer service, and workplace safety are effectively executed.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple sites to ensure consistent service quality and safety compliance

Deploy and supervise cleaning staff to optimize workforce efficiency and meet operational demands

Develop and manage work schedules to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning standards and implement corrective actions as needed

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate operations and resolve issues

Address operational challenges independently to maintain smooth cleaning service delivery

Apply planning and coordination skills to enhance workflow and resource allocation

Provide customer service support to address client concerns and improve satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning or housekeeping operations

Experience in supervising and managing cleaning staff
