Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boxing Coach on a contract basis to lead training sessions, grow client relationships, and represent Strength Clinic Academy with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Coach boxing techniques and training sessions effectively for recreational or competitive clients to improve their skills and fitness

Manage and grow a personal client base independently to increase session bookings and client retention

Communicate clearly and build strong interpersonal relationships with clients to enhance their training experience

Represent Strength Clinic Academy professionally by adhering to brand standards, including uniform requirements during sessions

Collaborate with us to accept referred clients and deliver sessions at the facility under standard pricing and revenue-sharing arrangements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Relevant coaching certification in boxing or related disciplines preferred to enhance training quality and client trust

Estimated Earnings
