Receptionist (1 Year)

Duration: 1 Year, renewable depending on business needs

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8-5pm/9-6pm

Location: Kent Ridge & HabourFront (Support 2 locations)

Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service and manage front desk/reception operations.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate areas.

Ensure refreshments are available and guide guests to the waiting area when required.

Notify relevant employees of visitor arrivals via Microsoft Teams.

Maintain a clean, safe and presentable reception area in accordance with office procedures.

Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies and sundry items.

Maintain cleanliness of the storeroom and stationery cupboards.

Liaise with office service vendors, including cleaners and maintenance providers.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and route calls as required.

Coordinate import and export of parcels and liaise with courier providers on stakeholder enquiries.

Raise courier collection requests through PowerApps.

Prepare and issue welcome packs for new joiners.

Manage locker arrangements.

Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail and letters on a weekly basis.

Provide general administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
