Operations Executive - 5 day week - Singaporeans only - no experience required

Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

• to supervise the well being and performance of the staffs managed under the Operations Executive
• to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.
• to select and develop own team of staffing(s) through recruitment and interviews
• to liaise internally with HR on staffing support and training needs
• liaise internally with DB on new projects preparation and implementation
• to participate in discussion with clients on business needs.

Requirement

NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline

Candidate is to be competent in basic computer skills

Candidate is to have strong communication skills

Candidate should have experience in both people and project management

Remuneration and entitlements

Gross salary from $2800 to $4000
