Clinic Assistant / Clinic Nurse

Angsana Medical is a family medicine clinic located at Everton Park, the fringe of Singapore’s CBD. We provide medical care focusing on acute and chronic medicine, minor surgical procedures, children's health, mental health, and longevity.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and friendly clinic assistant or clinic nurse to manage the day-to-day operations of a family medicine clinic, and supporting clinical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and register patients.

Respond to patient enquiries via phone and WhatsApp, and schedule patient appointments.

Chaperone for female patients.

Prepare and dispense medicines after verification by the doctor.

Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures.

Handle cashiering duties, and submit insurance claims.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for accurate clinic records.

Manage clinic inventory and medicines, including monitoring stock levels.

Support clinic operations including opening and closing, and coordinating with vendors.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic facility.

Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor to support clinic needs.

Candidate must be:

Female (for chaperoning purposes)

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken)

Computer literate.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Nursing experience.

Experience in customer service or healthcare settings.

Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team environment.

Willing to learn and adapt.
