Position: Warehouse Operations Assistant (Shipping & Permit Declaration)

Location: Alps-Changi

Working Hours: 12-hour day shift, 8.30am to 8.30pm. Shift Pattern: Work 4 days, rest 3 days / work 3 days, rest 4 days

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 basic with AWS + Variable bonus + Medical benefits + Dental

Responsibilities

Process outbound orders and coordinate daily shipment arrangements.

Book shipments through email and online booking platforms.

Prepare shipping documents, operational reports and permit declarations.

Monitor operational emails and respond promptly to customer requests.

Support inbound, inventory and warehouse activities when required.

Perform daily manpower and resource planning.

Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers.

Maintain accurate documentation and filing records.

Support Kaizen, Lean and other operational improvement projects.

Handle additional operational duties according to business requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.

Experience handling outbound orders and shipment bookings.

Able to operate reach trucks, order pickers or other relevant MHE.

Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating roster.

TradeNet permit declaration experience is an advantage.

SAP or B2B system exposure is an advantage.

Relevant forklift and Work at Height certification is advantageous. Training may be provided if required.
