Sales & Marketing Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analysis/ understand worldwide HDD market sale, supply & demand and make timely advise for changes in demand/supply for the company.

2. Liaise and work with both US & Japan customer to develop HDD sale and marketing strategy so as to increase customer market share and RHDS sale volume.

3. Develop RHDS sale and marketing strategy for all customer to achieve better operating profit.

4. Coordinate with customer and develop marketing strategy for new program to capture market share timely.

5. Sale price strategy and negotiation. Countermeasure for price erosion.

6. Supply chain management for business sustainability.

7. Coordinate with Japan RHDI sale and marketing for overall marketing strategy.

8. Routine Responsibility:

• Customer window for Sale & Marketing and all logistic matters.
• Shipment and Production planning coordination with customer
• Monthly PR/PO and invoice/shipment documentation.
• RTV and customer claim handling together with CS Division.
• Sale allocation discussion with Japan site for customer support

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

Degree in Marketing & Business Administration or relevant

Experience

1. More than 5 Years in similar experience

2. Experience in HD industries

3. Experience in Customer relation and Supply handling

Skills Required (Must Have)

English and Japanese language in writing and speaking is a must.

Basic knowledge of software related skills.

Skills Required (Good to Have)

Strong interpersonal skill and handling of customer.
