Location – Rifle Range Army Camp

Duration– 1 year (renewable/ convertible)

Working Days & Time – Monday to Friday (7pm to 7am)

Salary – Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus

Job Descriptions:

Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets

Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery

Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency

Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures

Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits

Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred

Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations

Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required
