Responsibilities

Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face and virtual channels to introduce relevant training opportunities.

Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands.

Drive outreach through social media, networking, events, roadshows, and class visits.

Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets.

Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network.

Manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrolment experiences.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

1-2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or customer service.

Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
