Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and RFQs, and prepare quotations promptly and accurately.

Source materials, components, and parts required for customer orders.

Process and monitor customer purchase orders and sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.

Coordinate with Operations / Production on order status, material availability, production progress, and delivery schedules.

Update customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and any changes or delays.

Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and customer enquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Provide general sales administration and operational support.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen Only.

Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a related role, preferably within Manufacturing or Precision Engineering industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Meticulous, organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
