HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Manage work pass applications (work permit, S pass, employment pass), renewal,cancellation and related processes.

Manage Time Management System, register new staff, Rectifying and reconciling time in and time out reports.

Responsible for month-end payroll processing, calculations, and payout including resignation / termination cases.

Generating payroll reports to Finance.

Prepare and submit IRAS (IR21, IR8A, 8B & 8C & others) reports for all staff.

Prepare monthly payroll costing report to Finance.

Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, training and work injury case matters.

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Experience handling Work Pass matters.

Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with construction workforce administration, including workers' onboarding, training records, andsite pass arrangements, is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Info-Tech.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and handle confidential information.
