-NEW- 12 Months Program Specialist (Early Careers)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programmes, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities and offboarding.

·       Assist in planning and executing networking sessions, career workshops, recognition activities and other programme events, ensuring smooth logistics and strong participant engagement.

·       Prepare and coordinate programme-related communications for participants, stakeholders and leadership teams.

·       Maintain accurate programme records, track attendance and participation, gather feedback, and prepare reports on programme metrics and outcomes.

·       Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables and participant requirements are met.

·       Support employer branding initiatives through social media content, campus engagement activities and internal communications to promote Early Careers programmes.

·       Identify opportunities to enhance the participant experience, improve processes and implement best practices.

·       Provide administrative support including scheduling, budget tracking, vendor coordination and other programme-related activities as required.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
