Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and engineering improvements of factory systems to ensure stable supply capacity and consistent quality for customers.

Operate, maintain, and service chiller and boiler systems.

Operate, maintain, and service process pipelines and exhaust systems.

Operate, maintain, and service HVAC and fire protection systems.

Operate, maintain, and service cleanroom systems.

Plan and execute system improvement projects and HOOKUPengineering.

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Industrial Design/Civil Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering and equivalent qualification.

With or without working experience

Strong interest to learn and develop system operation skills.

Ability to manage system operations and emergency response handling.

Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.

Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively
