Pay: $2300/month
Working days & hours: 5 days in a week (Fixed Thurs & Fri Off), 12-9pm (1 hour break)
Job Scope:
Assist customers in creating accounts & downloading the app
Guide them on using the app & navigating the microsite
Help customers with Q-matic system & issuing Q tickets
Support SIM & router exchanges + eSIM activations
Assist with prepaid top-ups & general inquiries
