Grants & Regulatory Reporting Executive (Education / East / 5 days) [EL]

Manage monthly ECDA grant and enrolment-related reporting, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely submission.

Reconcile enrolment, residency, attendance and programme participation data across internal systems and ECDA records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies by working closely with Centre Leaders, Operations and relevant internal stakeholders.

Coordinate Operating Grant, Recurrent Grant, Pre-Operating Grant and language programme grant submissions, including supporting documentation and internal clearance.

Monitor monthly attendance reporting and ensure accurate calculations and supporting records are maintained.

Coordinate required ECDA reports, declarations, adjustments and supporting documentation within stipulated timelines.

Maintain organised documentation and records to support audit readiness and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate annual external audit activities, including audit schedules, documentation, meeting arrangements and follow-up actions.

Act as the key internal coordinator between auditors and relevant departments or centres during annual audit exercises.

Manage digital document repositories such as OneDrive and SharePoint, including access management and document organisation.

Coordinate management responses and supporting information for auditor review.

Track post-audit findings, rectification updates and required follow-up actions to ensure timely closure.

Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, audit documentation and related correspondence for future reference.
