Description
Handle sales invoices and purchase contracts
Coordinate import and export shipments, prepare and verify shipping documentation including BL, invoices and customs documentation
Input all shipment information accurately and monitor shipment progress
Handle any shipment related issues that might arise promptly to ensure smooth process without delay
Maintain up-to-date trades records and shipping schedules
Liaise with banks regarding financing and follow-up documentation
Handle insurance coverage, including claims if any
Handle any other Shipping related administrative duties
Requirements
Tertiary education in any discipline
At least 3 years of relevant Shippingexperience
