Programme Executive (Venue, Events & Marketing Operations)

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities

Coordinate venue setup and ensure training rooms, meeting spaces, and event facilities are ready for programmes and events.

Manage event logistics, including room arrangements, registration, signage, participant flow, and post-event restoration.

Conduct AV and hybrid event readiness checks, including microphones, cameras, displays, and virtual meeting platforms.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when required.

Support marketing activities by coordinating programme and event listings across websites, social media platforms, and registration channels.

Assist with event publicity, content capture, and post-event promotional activities.

Monitor and enhance the participant experience, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and event execution.

Maintain SOPs, operational checklists, and process documentation while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event operations, venue management, training administration, or marketing support.

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Comfortable working with AV equipment, virtual meeting platforms, and digital marketing tools.
