Product & Mechandising Executive

Our client is a growing Singapore-based home & lifestyle retail brand with both physical retail and e-commerce operations, known for a strong design-led product range.

What You'll Do

Support and manage product development from concept to launch — covering research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications, quality checks and production timelines

Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to guide product assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations

Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement the company's assortment

Monitor product and category performance, identify bestsellers and slow movers, and turn insights into buying recommendations

Build strong supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Creative and Customer Service teams on successful product launches and ongoing improvement

Core Key Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role

Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines

Highly organised, able to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously

Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication

Self-motivated team player, comfortable taking ownership of projects
