📌 Contract: 1-year temporary contract

🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

🔹 Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end accounting, management and reporting of fixed assets.

Ensure accurate asset records and compliance with applicable accounting policies and standards.

Provide financial and accounting advice to internal and external stakeholders on fixed asset matters.

Oversee asset confirmation, year-end closing and audit-related activities.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.

Drive digitalisation and the adoption of technology, including AI and automation tools, where appropriate.

Review and enhance financial procedures, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals while managing workloads and work priorities.

Drive improvement initiatives and support other finance-related projects as required.

🎯 Job Requirements

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, with experience in fixed assets management.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting and fixed asset management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.

Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage projects or improvement initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with SAP, AI tools, data analytics/visualisation or RPA will be an advantage.

Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.
