Ensure submissions are properly prepared, reviewed, tracked, and submitted within the required timelines.

Follow up with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers on outstanding submissions and approvals.

Maintain proper records of approved drawings, technical submissions, revisions, site instructions, and related project documentation.

Ensure construction activities are based on the latest approved drawings and documentation.

Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications, samples, and project requirements.

Support procurement and project teams in evaluating technical compliance of materials and products.

5. Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans, and quality requirements.

Identify workmanship, material, or product quality issues and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct inspections and support the implementation of quality control procedures throughout the construction process.

Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure inspection records, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation are properly maintained.

Assist in preparing for consultant, client, authority, and ISO audits.
