Inside Sales Executive (Semiconductor Valves)

Job Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify opportunities and support sales targets.

Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and solutions.

Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate the order process from quotation through delivery, including order entry, availability checks, documentation, and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, opportunity, and forecast records in SAP and CRM systems, and monitor open quotations, orders, backlogs, and dormant accounts.

Collaborate with outdoor sales, distributors, logistics, finance, technical teams, and HQ to support sales activities, customer retention, and business growth.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Min 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management, or distribution; semiconductor or industrial B2B experience is an advantage.

Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication, customer service, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
