Sales Engineer (Japanese MNC/ Semiconductor Seals)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and communication.

Identify new business opportunities, develop customer accounts, and expand existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and upcoming projects.

Promote high-performance elastomer sealing products, primarily O-rings, and recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer needs.

Monitor market trends, customer activities, projects, competitor products, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.

Manage sales activities including customer follow-ups, quotations, forecasts, reports, order status, inventory coordination, and liaison with regional counterparts.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with proven sales and business development capabilities.

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship management, and technical sales skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks; experience with seals, rubber, elastomer, or oil& gas products is an advantage.
