Responsibilities
Assist in payroll processing and HR administration.
Maintain employee records and HR system data.
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and travel claim processing.
Support office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Assist with expatriate housing and work pass administration.
Manage HR-related corporate credit card administration.
Coordinate company events, committees, and compliance activities (e.g. ISO, WSH).
Support HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
At least a Diploma in HR or Business studies or related
At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin role
Experience with payroll processing
Familiar with payroll system & HRIS platforms
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
